Robbie Keane, Tottenham Hotspurs player, has taken his new wife Claudine Palmer to Italy for their honeymoon.

After marrying in Dublin a week ago, the couple are relaxing in the sun at a luxury resort in Sardinia.

The bride, Irish model Claudine wore a strapless silver embroidered dress on wedding day. The wedding was held in St Alphonsus and Columba’s Church in the Irish capital.

The couple have been together for six years. They tied the knot in front of Jamie and Louise Redknapp, former Miss World Rosanna Davison and a whole host of footballers.

Steven Gerrard and Alex Curran are also enjoying the sun.
