Spice Girl Mel C is rumoured to be engaged to her boyfriend of six years, property developer Thomas Starr. The pregnant singer is currently expecting the couples first child in spring 2009, and is rumoured to wed shortly after the birth.

Her pregnancy was announced back in August and the couple have decided to keep the sex of the child a surprise. Mel C is the final Spice Girl to become a mother and recently performed her last concert before taking time off on maternity leave. She told the Mirror that she’ll need some time off to be a mum before returning to showbiz.
